Hand-selected by Bill Lark, this unique XO Brandy has been craft distilled by Lark Distillery using premium Tasmanian grapes.
Matured in a combination of Lark Distillery whisky casks and Australian fortified wine casks, this is a beautifully rich and complex spirit that pairs Tasmania’s exceptional cool-climate grapes with the intense influence of our casks, encapsulating the many different qualities of Tasmania.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: A beautiful rich aroma that provides both bright fruit flavours (nectarines, peach, cherry and orange) and the heavier port/oak characteristics of the Australian fortified wine finishing casks.
Palate: Beautifully balanced with the original spirit carrying the heavier influence of the original ex-whisky casks, which provide heavy oak flavours, malt biscuits, and rum and raisin chocolate.
Finish: Dried fruits and mixed spices as the Australian fortified wine casks add a fresh top layer to the heavy ex-whisky casks.
