Limeburners Single Malt Whisky Director's Cut M327

Our Directors Cut whiskies epitomise the very best of Limeburners’ single malts. Each Directors Cut release is a single barrel that is carefully selected from our Directors select reserve of barrels, and each is a limited expression.

Directors Cut M327 has been smoked with peat collected by hand from the Valley of the Giants and has been matured in an American oak ex-bourbon barrel before being finished in an Australian Sherry cask.

Exhibiting spice and floral aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley and intense, complex smoky aromas. This edition of Directors Cut has a full-bodied taste and a smooth finish.
