Local liqueur house Osare blend Italian spirit-making traditions with modern methods and native botanicals to uncover creations uniquely evocative of Tasmania. We turned to their house-made Amaro to season a selection of whisky casks, creating the canvas this daring release would unfold in. The result is a complex and bittersweet single malt whisky that spectacularly celebrates the land it was made on!
NOSE: Bright, citrus-led notes of orange peel, grapefruit, candied lemon and fresh apples with a gentle whiff of gingerbread.
PALATE: Sweet toffee mingles with strawberries and cream, followed by tangerine and orange oil.
