Driven by the aromatics of orange and lemon myrtle and finishing with native pepper berry. A classic London dry gin style.

Try a slice of lime and a small piece of fresh thyme or
A twist of orange zest and a small piece of fresh rosemary or, even better,
a slice of ripe mango with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper
Other botanicals include juniper, coriander, caraway, cucumber and muntrie berries (native to South Australia)

Tasting Notes
The citrus bouquet is fresh and juicy with lemon myrtle and orange peel. A vibrantly spicy, nicely poised fresh citrus mid palate with a peppery finish.
