Threefold Aromatic Gin

The team at Threefold have spent 12 long and exciting months distilling, tasting and testing our 1st gin release. We've meticulously crafted our Aromatic Gin recipe and after much refinement, have selected 11 botanicals that create a gin far greater than the sum of its parts.

Tasting Notes:
A delicate piney freshness accompanied by a citrusy bouquet of grapefruit, orange and lemon. Hint of floral notes courtesy of lavender and a savoury flavour from an abundance of garden fresh rosemary. A touch of native wattleseed for a rich mouthfeel and both pepperberry and pink pepper to provide a well rounded and aromatic gin.
