This Australian whisky is more in Riverbourne's Ultimatum whisky weight, a deep rich golden brown, with good viscosity. The nose is honey and gentle cinnamon, whilst the palate is sweet and rich, with honey, coconut and fruity flavours. The finish is long and warm. The whisky spent 2 years in an ex reconditioned red wine French oak. And then 8 months in an ex Riverbourne rum cask.

50 litre casks so a limited release.
