Emulsion Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky

Some casks were initially aged in 20L Australian Apera casks then aged in a very rare 700L Tawny Cask from the Duoro Valley in Portugal and 2 300L French Cognac Casks. Some casks were 100L Australian Apera casks.
Triple distilled in copper pot stills

Nose: Delicate and Floral. Pineapple, Turkish Delight and Sherbet.
Palate: Light and Silky. Vanilla, Strawberries and Peaches.
Finish: Light and Bright. Banana and Icing Sugar.

Nose: Full and Enticing. Honey, Baked Biscuits and Rose Water.
Palate: Luscious and Juicy. Dried Figs, Green Apple and Mandarin.
Finish: Bright and Long. Spearmint and Fresh Pears.

Quintessence Tasmanian Single small Whisky

Initially aged in 20L Australian Tawny casks. Then aged in 300L and 500L Port casks from the Duoro Valley in Portugal. Double Distilled in copper pot stills.

Colour: Rose Gold
Nose: Complex and Intense. Coconut, Gingerbread and Raisins.
Palate: Bold and Dark. Poached Pears, Burnt Herbs and Dark Chocolate.
Finish: Lasting and Warm. Nutmeg and Black Coffee.

Poltergeist Barrel Aged Gin

Like a genie in a bottle. We rested and aged our unfiltered gin in Oak Casks. The oak influence has added multiple layers of complexity and maturity, resulting in a multi-dimensional gin unparalleled in flavour intricacies.

Poltergeist Barrel Aged Gin is small batch distilled, then barrelled aged to add complexity. It exhibits classic earthy flavours of juniper and Tasmanian pepper berry, highlights by nots of cola and oak drawn from the barrel.

Best served over ice.
