Our Classic Kaoliang is made from 100% Australian Red Sorghum and a specialized imported Chinese Baijiu Yeast. At the 2019 Tasting Australia Spirit Awards in Adelaide, our Classic Kaoliang was awarded Australia’s first ever gold medal for Baijiu. We are really proud of this achievement as our characteristic and special Baijiu taste has taken years to develop. Our Classic Kaoliang is smooth with a hint of natural sweetness derived from the sorghum grain. The sorghum also gives it an earthiness that warms your insides, while the yeast provides the Baijiu flavour with hints of soy sauce and caramel.
