A touch of rose petal adds an elegant floral note and brings everything together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBut what makes this gin truly special began just after Christmas last year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur Head Distiller, Cameron, harvested a batch of South West grown Satsuma plums at the perfect point of ripeness, when sweet, tart and bitter flavours were beautifully balanced. The 2026 Christmas gin was aged on the plums for 9 months, allowing the rich fruit character to slowly develop and integrate with the botanicals.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe result is a gin with deep, rich plum flavours balanced by a bright burst of mandarin and blood orange citrus, with a refreshing finish reminiscent of an Italian bitter soda.
