The time honoured tradition of fortified finished Tasmanian whisky from The House of Lark, takes a comfortable leap with this rich Tokay cask, and results in a dram, both innovative and familiar all at once.
TASTING NOTES NOSE: Creamy coffee jumps from the glass, vanilla custard and fruit mince pie dance together, layered with buttery fudge. PALATE: Honeyed dates arrive followed by chocolate coffee beans, with cookies and cream on the side. FINISH: Stewed fruit lingers combined with milky caramel, coupled with tea and tobacco.
