This whisky is homage to Batch 5; the only thing that I believe it came out better!!

The focus of this oat whisky is on the '1st fill' style. Blend of 2 barrels:

1st fill ex Tas Pinot Noir + 1st fill ex Remnant Single Malt = Tassie Winter in a bottle!

Color is a stunning dark ruby. 

The nose is sweet, elegant, and tart fruity almost like freshly baked apple tart! The oak notes come out beautifully sign of the ex single malt barrel.

The palate is just mind-blowing complex. The nose translates beautifully to the palate; sweet and creamy. Notes of caramel shards, lingering oak, and rounded dark stone fruits. The warmth this whisky provides will make you want to light the fireplace and have a bowl of marshmallow to go with it!

Works great with cheeses, and jam boards.

Very limited amount of this blend about 150 bottles.
