This Belgrove Single Cask Rye aged in ex Tasmanian Pinot Noir cask.  5th release Pinot Noir cask matured.

This is a 1st Fill cask, think dark chocolate, elegant perfume, vanilla,Christmas cake, spice, stewed stone fruits. Sweet, spicy (toasted cinnamon and nutmeg) and oily. Finishes like a fine whisky should.
