Capricorn Distilling Co is an urban small batch Distillery in Burleigh Heads Qld - brought to you by the innovative and energetic team behind Rockhampton's Saleyards Distillery.

The Saleyards Distillery was founded in early 2017, in the iconic 1886 Saleyards Hotel in Rockhampton, Central Qld. Not long after, the beautiful coper pot stills were installed and the team went to work on their craft and passion. and so it all began.

Fast forward a couple of years and the passionate, dedicated team have created some premium, award-winning spirits. with continuing growth and success over the years the team have expanded their operations from Rockhampton, down south to Burleigh Heads.

We are passionate about rewarding the adventurous drinker with award-winning, premium, "as real as it gets spirits.
