A story told through two generations of distillers, and a tale that began with our founding father Wayne Klintworth, and is now carried forward by his daughter, Holly.
Holly, our second-generation distiller, has lovingly crafted this brandy with the utmost care. Each bottle is a blend of brandies that were meticulously distilled and matured in ex-cognac barrels by her late father. The youngest brandy in this exceptional blend has been ageing for 10 years, waiting for the perfect moment to be shared with you.
This is a brandy for the ages—rich, complex, and deeply rooted in our history. It’s a beautiful dance between old-world French techniques and the vibrant spirit of Australian winemaking, resulting in a brandy that is both sophisticated and distinctly Australian.

Deep amber in colour with orange and gold flecks. Luxurious and complex aromas of lifted fruitcake, nutmeg and vanilla, with floral notes and a glimmer of honey. Succulent flavours of honeysuckle infused with spices of clove and hints of black pepper, overlayed by orange rind, fruitcake and wild meadow flowers.
