An homage to those early settlers who may have had a beard they could tuck into their pants, our Spiced Rum has a sense of adventure and an ability to endure the hardness of the environment.

Blended through rigorous taste-testing, it begins with the tropical flavours of pineapple and a twist of citrus. Nutmeg and vanilla come galloping along before finishing with chocolate and caramel to add to the complexity.
