A wacky combination of peated rye, choc malt, corn and pilsner grain, aged in new French Oak barrels for four years. The first of our whiskies to contain any peat, it has a subtle smokiness in its finish thanks to the peated rye.
 
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Worn leather, dark fruitcake, black pepper, oak, caramelised nuts

Palate: Nutmeg, liquorice, prunes, spent coffee grinds

Finish: Bruleed orange, cedar, smoked cinnamon
