A blend of Australian corn and malt, Maize has been crafted with the American Style Whisky drinker in mind. Aged for 2.5 years in a unique combination of Ex-Bourbon and Australian Rye Solera barrels, there’s an abundance of sweet vanilla and oak on the nose, sweet nuttiness on the palate and a lingering peppery finish. At 46% ABV it has enough body to happily take a splash of artisanal cola or of course be savoured neat.
