Nillumbik Yarra Valley Pinot Noir aged in Pinot barrels. At cask strength it’s unashamedly big and bold but has soft tannins, rich caramelised fruits and worn leather notes which you can sip and savour neat. If you prefer something a little lighter (but still full of festive flavour) spritz up the classic "Sidecar" with some citrus tonic/soda for an arvo in the sun.

Palate: Green apple, dried vine fruit, salted liquorice
Finish: Medium with soft tannins
