Perfect Mason (hip-flask) filler, can be enjoyed pocket-warm whilst outdoors, or kept chilled can be used as a pre-made Old Fashioned cocktail, just add ice and a slice. Goes pretty well in a warm coffee when you're out camping too.

Nose
Whisky and orange drizzle cake, lots of orange and mandarin, just a hint of campfire.

Palate
Sweet but not too sticky, followed by plenty of orange and vanilla with a soft pepperiness.

Finish
More mandarin, pepper hanging around with a little eucalyptus and final flourish of subtle smoke. 

Ingredients
3 YO Iniquity single malt, orange and mandarin peel, 100g/L sugar and 2% peated malt, using local SA peat.

Suggested Serve
60ml in a rocks glass with lots of ice and and a wedge of orange.
