Australian distilled Ink Gin is a premium small batch dry gin distilled with 13 organic botanicals. This mix of traditional and native botanicals includes lemon myrtle, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and hand-peeled sun dried orange peel.

Post-distillation, Ink Gin is infused with the petals of the curious butterfly pea flower. The beautiful deep blue colour imparts to the gin, along with the pH-sensitivity of the flower. Mix Ink Gin with anything acidic (tonic water, lime) and see the natural colour change.
