This smooth Australian distilled orange liqueur has fresh lingering citrus notes and contains 4 individually distilled botanicals, including pepperberry and wattle seed. It is perfect on ice, in a margarita or your favourite cocktail.

It's the first initial of one of the partners, & he loves orange liqueurs.

45ml Penn Gin
30ml fresh Lime
15ml 'O' Orange Liqueur
1 tsp leatherwood honey
5cm strip green capsicum crushed

Add all ingredients to shaker and muddle, shake and double strain into a sherry glass garnish with green capsicum
