What is Floc Shots, you ask? 
When Overeem Single Malt Whisky is diluted with pure Tasmanian water for bottling, naturally occurring compounds separate out - creating a cloudy appearance in a process known as flocculation. Over the course of up to 12 weeks, the whisky settles in vats. The clear spirit is drawn from the top, while the bottom gathers a rich layer of fats and oils we fondly refer to as ‘FLOC SHOTS’.

Batch #6 is a marriage of Overeem Single Malt Whisky from a range of casks released over the past 12-18 months - including Port, Sherry, Bourbon, Muscat and more. The result is a hazy, creamy, full-bodied whisky with incredible mouthfeel and complexity. 
Don’t be concerned if your whisky looks cloudy - or if sediment settles over time. That’s the floc! It’s what gives this whisky its rich, chewy texture and signature Overeem depth.
