A classic London Dry style gin made in our pot still to retain the full flavours and heavier oils contributed by quality botanicals. Gin made by whisky makers to taste the way gin should taste.
Nose
Through heavy earthy juniper and coriander, lime and ginger are prominent, giving way to cardamom, white pepper and caraway.
Palate
Sweet and peppery up front, plenty of juniper punch leading into more lime and ginger.
Finish
Long warmth, pepper hanging around with a final flourish of angelica and mint.
Botanicals
Juniper, coriander, lime, angelica, mint, cardamom, ginger, black pepper, cassia bark and caraway seed.
Suggested Serve
30ml in a rocks glass with lots of ice and about 90ml of good quality tonic water, garnish with a simple slice of fresh lime, if it ain't broke - don't fix it.
