Working alongside the incredible Sarah Bloom and her team from Simply Rose Petals, the Swan Hill based business has collaborated with Fossey’s Gin to bring to life a Gin that is truly delicately delightful.

Firstly the rose petals are picked in the wee hours of the morning, usually by moonlight, before the sun rises and the warmth of the day sets in.

The precious cargo is then driven half way to Mildura where our trusted Rose couriers collect the flowers and deliver straight to our Distillery to be immediately married with our Gin by our Gin Soaked Distiller and monitored carefully for the next couple of hours.
An interesting material to work with, once the Gin has been naturally coloured, the now pale roses have no more flavour left to give. Hence the importance of limiting the time the Roses are picked to when they meet our Gin.

Becoming a deep Rose Red in colour once settled, this Gin tastes exactly how you would imagine it to!

Best served simply with a premium tonic and rose petals for garnish, watch the deep red turn to a fabulous rose pink, once tonic water is added!
