This botanical gin has been infused with pink finger limes from our Margaret River coastal estate. The finger limes were macerated for two months prior to distillation. The rich citrus flavours are perfectly balanced with a subtle hint of Geraldton wax that imparts an enticing floral character that builds in its smooth and perfectly balanced finish. The gin has been triple distilled with rainwater from our estate and artfully blended to 38% alcohol.

Enticing wafts of native finger lime meld seamlessly into a palate of delicate citrus and fresh forest notes that linger, with a velvety mouthfeel. Enhanced with Geraldton wax, juniper and coriander, this is a truly unique Western Australian citrus gin. It is rich in lime flavour, vibrant and fresh with a delightful floral quality.
