This vintage is bursting with bold berry flavours with hints of dark chocolate, citrus and cinnamon. With a layered and changing flavour profile that develops on your palate, this new blend delivers a juicy, bright and seriously delicious flavour profile that will leave your tastebuds salivating for more. Crafted using the same maceration technique we've followed for seven years, we've taken premium Barossa Shiraz Grapes from a Stonewell vineyard on the Western Ridge of Barossa, and left them to steep in our House Gin concentrate for 12 weeks to create a standout gin. Our Barossa Shiraz Gin is a celebration of 'gin and juice' that continues to showcase the rich flavours of the Barossa. A seriously delicious, world famous, drop that is also one of most consistent highest scoring gins in IWSC history with three gold medals in four years including 99 points at the 2022 International Wine and Spirits Competition.
