Take a moment to channel a little festive flavour. Our Christmas Harvest Cherry Gin makes for a refreshing festive tipple perfectly styled to suit the sunny Australian silly season. Harvested at Ashton’s Marble Hill Cherry Farm in late December, a combination of sour Morello and sweet cherries were macerated in our Aromatic gin over the cooler months with a spicy sprinkling of cassia and clove to round out those festive feels.
