Our newest addition to the Pure Single Rum collection has been meticulously crafted, bottled, and is now ready to be savoured.Rum connoisseurs - this one's for you. 

Origin: This exceptional rum begins with fresh-pressed cane juice sourced from Condong Mill in the Tweed Valley, harvested during the 2022 cane crushing season.

Fermentation: A slow, deliberate 5-day fermentation process using commercial yeast, ensuring no additives are introduced, allowing the natural flavours to shine.

Distillation: Distilled in a single pass through our 4,000L double retort copper pot still, then gently hydrated to 66% ABV and aged in a freshly dumped American Oak barrel that previously held our molasses-based rum.

Ageing: After 2.5 years of careful maturation, this rum has been refined to a balanced 47% ABV, ideal for sipping and appreciating its depth of character.

With no added sugars, sweeteners, caramels, colourings, or artificial flavours, this is a pure, uncompromising expression of rum.
