BPD ‘Small Cask Sherry’ has been crafted by blending Apera casks of the highest quality with a portion of Pedro Ximenez and Cream Sherry casks to add some spice, sweetness and complexity.

These casks were broken down into smaller format to allow each barrel to contribute distinctly to the final blend of this Single Malt Release.

Dark brown sugar in colour, the nose hits rum and raisin, charred oak, honeycomb and sugar praline.

The palate is oily and syrupy sweet, orange wine notes, dark fruit and golden syrup. Finishing with a spice kick, leather and honey.

An indulgent dram, bottled at cask strength.
