This is a single cask release, single malt whisky, made from our own barley grown fully organically.
This paddock to bottle release was fully-aged in a quality oak, ex-Bourbon barrel, showing beautiful integration between cask and spirit.
 
Nose: Lemon herbal note 
Palate: Banana, roasted walnuts, fire-roasted peaches, lovely grain texture
Nice soft finish.
