This single malt whisk in The LARK Signature Collection is signed by Master Blender Chris Thomson, representing his mark on the new world of whisky. Best enjoyed by anyone, any way they like.

Nose: Zesty orange with custard and lemon meringue

Palate: Candied citrus peels, vibrant cola and butter malt developing towards soft

orange custard with a dusting of cinnamon

Finish: Lemon meringue pie with flashes of zest and spice

Process Notes: Our very own Lark distillers brewed a unique Chinotto recipe on site at Cambridge by hand. The brew was stirred periodically for 3 weeks and then painstaking|y pressed to squeeze every drop of flavour from the ingredients. The warehousing team then seasoned some of our ex peated casks with the chinotto brew. The whIsky was left in finIshing casks for 4-6 weeks.
