This meticulously handcrafted Single Malt Whisky has been aged in an Ice Chardonnay barrel for four years.

Created to reflect its pristine Margaret River environment, this lightly peated Single Malt Whisky is smooth and refined, with fragrant spices, rich oak and sweet, floral notes. There are lashings of toffee, burnt orange, sweet fruits and cloves, with a hint of salty sea air on the finish and enticing, smoky notes.

The Ice Chardonnay barrels add another level of complexity to this whisky, that has been double distilled with Margaret River rainwater to capture the true essence of the South West of Western Australia. While the barrel imparts a delicious residual sweetness from the frozen grapes, the whisky’s clear connection to the influence of the sea is evident in every sip of this Single Malt, which has been matured on the coastal shores of Margaret River.

This richly complex and elegant whisky is the first Ice Whisky to be produced in Australia. Its unique release marks another innovation in Australian single malts. With only 400 bottles available in its first release, this non-chill filtered Single Malt Whisky has an ABV strength of 43.6%.

Each bottle is individually numbered and hand bottled in Margaret River.
