We love our grapefruit here on the farm and grow olives and rosemary. So when asked by the Friends of The Royal Botanical Gardens Melbourne to design something beautiful and delicious to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the friends we had to do a Mediterranean-style gin to welcome in the Spring and Summer season.

For every bottle sold online and through the distillery door and farmers' markets, $10 will go to the Friends of the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne to support garden conservation and botanical research.
