The LARK CHRISTMAS CASK brings together the finest elements of Tasmanian craftsmanship in a festive celebration of community and tradition. Crafted at our Cambridge distillery, aged in Port, Sherry and some ex-Bourbon casks, finished in Frogmore Creek’s red wine barrels seasoned with Jean Pascal’s mince pie jus, this single malt whisky is a testament to the shared passion and artistry that define Tasmania and the warmth of the season.

CLASSIC CASK - Based on the original recipe from founder and Pioneer Bill Lark, and a whisky home to countless awards and international medals. Double-distilled & aged in a considered selection of small casks, this is a labour of love steeped in heritage. The benchmark for Tasmanian Single Malt.

TASMANIAN PEATED -  shows that where there's smoke, there's feeling. This is a new frontier, our island's own peat bog & post malt smoking process, creates a lightly peated whisky for a bold palate. A delicately smoky dram to ignite the senses, best enjoyed by anyone, any way they like.
