Carefully selected by Limeburners Master Distiller Cameron Syme, Directors Cut epitomises the very best of their single malts. For this release (M337), Cameron has selected a delightful Peated Port Cask Whisky (61%).

This limited, single batch release has been specially chosen from Cameron’s premium reserve of barrels for its exquisite quality, rich taste and aroma.
Made at their distillery on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour, it has been aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in a Sherry cask for an elegant and complex result.

Each barrel will exhibit its own unique characteristics, creating slight variation from batch to batch.
