Agave, Pure and Simple.
A clean, uncomplicated expression of blue agave, made for those who like to let the spirit do the talking.
Fermented and distilled right here in Melbourne, our Blue Agave Spirit strips things back to the essentials, showcasing the distinctive character of blue agave without added flavours or distractions.
Smooth, clean and incredibly versatile, it’s equally at home sipped neat, poured over ice or mixed into your favourite agave-based cocktails. Think classic Margaritas, Palomas and anything else where you want the agave to take centre stage.
