Oozo is the Greek Australian migrant of Ouzo. It is a combination of Australia’s high quality clean ingredients and technologies combined with Traditional Greek methods.

Double distilled in our copper pot still from South Australian organic grapes, heavier on the aniseed, giving it a slightly sweeter flavour and giving it a smooth, refreshing taste. Due to the extra aniseed, when water is added, the magic happens and the spirit turns white and cloudy. Contains no sugar or preservatives.
