Bass & Flinders' Gin combines eight botanicals including juniper berries, Angelica root, liquorice root and lime. A delicate burst of citrus flavours enhances the smooth quality of our hand-crafted Shiraz grape spirit which is the base for our delicious Australian gin.
We distil our own spirit from local wine in an Alembic Pot Still. This gives the spirit it's unique quality and smooth texture. Gin is created on the third distillation by vapour infusion in small batches.
Serve with tonic water with a slice of lime or cucumber, or mixed into a cocktail.
