The subtle sweetness of this delectable spiced brandy comes from steeping all of the Christmas pudding ingredients for more than 10 days - including dried apricots, cranberries, orange zest and nutmeg, plus a unique blend of whimsical Christmas flavours including frankincense and myrrh.

Aroma: Sweet doughy aromas infused with classic Christmas spices, dried fruits and citrus rinds effortlessly intertwining with a subtle spearmint high note giving our Christmas Spiced Brandy a beautifully layered nature.
Palate: Medium in body, sweet spice, apricot, currents and orange rind up front open revealing a spicy mid palate blend of nutmeg, native pepperberry and cassia finishing cleanly with vanilla caring all the spices driven by lip numbing clove for a long delectable finish.
Serving Suggestions: Sip neat, mix into your favourite Christmas cocktail or whisk into brandy foam sauce to serve with pudding.
Spiced Christmas Brandy Old Fashioned
60ml Bass & Flinders Spiced Christmas Brandy 5ml Madame Marmalade 5ml Esprit de Figues 10ml Cinnamon Sugar Syrup Fee Brothers Cranberry Bitters 3 dashes Fee Brothers Gin Barrel Aged Bitters 2 dashes Freshly grated nutmeg to Garnish Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir 30 times. Strain over large cube of ice in a Old Fashioned rocks glass. Garnish with dried cranberries, a fig slice and grate nutmeg over the top.
Christmas Brandy Splice
60ml Bass & Flinders Spiced Christmas Brandy 15ml Lime Juice 10ml sugar syrup 4 dashes Orange Bitters 1 egg white Bar spoon of frozen raspberries Mint leaves Add all ingredients to small shaker tin. Add ice to tin. Shake hard and well for 15-20 seconds. Double strain through tea strainer into Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
