Oat Batch 6 is a blend of 2 Bourbon casks, both 2nd fill. The focus of this delicious release is the Oat Spirit that after ageing we call Whisky. Very elegant aromas of oat porridge! Sweet, complex, spicy (indication of the use of unmalted grains) On the palate it is dangerously smooth, creamy, and lingering. The Millard Reaction gives a beautiful skeleton to other flavors to shine.
