Cask BD005 – Single Cask – Only 353 bottles available.
Bold, smoky and beautifully layered, Bunker Distillery’s Peated Single Malt Whisky brings together the distinctive character of peat with the rich sweetness and complexity of sherry cask maturation.

On the nose, aromatic peat smoke leads the way, opening into notes of dried fruit, warm vanilla, caramel and subtle sweetness.

The palate delivers a rich malt character balanced by smoky depth, with layers of dark fruit, toasted nuts, warming spice and oak developing as the whisky opens. These characteristics complement the smoky, malt-driven profile associated with Bunker’s peated whisky.

The influence of the sherry cask brings richness and depth, while the peat provides an earthy, smouldering character that carries through to the finish. Bottled at 44% ABV, it offers plenty of flavour and warmth while remaining approachable and enjoyable to sip.

The finish is long, warming and gently smoky, with lingering notes of peat, oak, spice and sherry sweetness.

A distinctive Australian single malt for those who enjoy whisky with character — smoky, rich, complex and made to be savoured.
