Buffalo Vale Distillery’s Dirty Martini is hand-crafted from our award-winning Clair De Lune Gin, our own aged dry vermouth and a savoury splash of olive brine.

Add 100ml of Dirty Martini to a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with pitted green olives and enjoy.
