Our Amphora story begins with a whisky matured in a selection of Sherry, Tokay and Brandy casks — a rich and layered foundation. From there, it embarked on a pioneering journey, transferred into three handmade 350L clay Amphora and left to rest undisturbed for two silent years.  The result is a whisky grounded by tradition, shaped by time, and smoothed by the natural breath of clay.
