The oak casks, previously used for maturing a variety of Sherries such as Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Fino, and Moscatel, impart a luscious and full-textured profile to this single malt. El Sol boasts an enticing aroma of flavours of dried fruits, crème brûlée, coffee, cacao, and dark chocolate, culminating in a lingering finish that captivates the senses.
