Our Rum Liqueur is the sweetest rum in our range, but don’t let the nose fool you. Rich aromas of caramel and vanilla make it smell sweeter than it actually tastes.

Smooth, delicious and balanced, the salted caramel and vanilla complement the aged rum, while a touch of salt keeps the sweetness in check.

Enjoy it over ice, poured over vanilla ice cream or shaken into a cocktail. 

How It’s Made

We start with locally sourced molasses, ferment it slowly and distil the rum at our Burleigh Heads distillery.

The rum is matured in ex-bourbon barrels in Queensland’s warm coastal climate before being blended with salted caramel and vanilla. 

Tasting Notes

Rich salted caramel and vanilla on the nose, giving the impression of a sweeter rum.

The palate is more balanced than the aroma suggests, with smooth aged rum, caramel, vanilla and rich molasses. A touch of salt cuts through the sweetness, leaving a soft, light,  smooth finish.

Made Properly, Made Here

Every batch is distilled, matured, blended and bottled by hand at our Burleigh Heads distillery. We work in small batches and taste every run before it leaves the distillery.
