Critters Distillery Gin is a contemporary style gin that steps away from the traditional London Dry.

Meticulously brewed, fermented and distilled in-house from a mash blend consisting of small batch single-origin wheat malt and cane sugar sourced directly from Australian farmers.

Harmoniously combining 10 botanicals, including organic juniper and Australian local species including Davidsons Plum, Finger Lime, Lemon Myrtle and Aniseed Myrtle and Rosella Flower.

Critters Gin can be described as a spring gin giving a silky mouthfeel with delicate floral notes.

Presented in a French 500ml decanter with wooden stopper. Hand crafted and hand labelled.
