Ingredients:
• Essence Gin
• Honey syrup
• Orange bitters
• Lemon juice
• Grenadine
• Rose petals for garnish
Method: Combine in a cocktail shaker full of ice, shake and pour over a rocks glass of ice, garnish with rose petals.
Sonic Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
• Essence Gin
• Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic
• Sparkling mineral or soda water
Method: Combine and add wedge or peel of the citrus of your choice, we recommend orange or lemon or white peach.
Nat's French 75
Ingredients:
• Essence Gin
• Lemon juice
• Simple sugar syrup
• Sparkling wine
• Lemon zest garnish
Method: Combine lemon juice and sugar syrup with gin in a champagne flute and mix well. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
