A year in the making. A little taste of Christmas summer.

This limited-edition Christmas Gin starts with a classic juniper-led gin, built around juniper, orris root, cardamom, coriander and cinnamon bark, then lifted with generous amounts of mandarin and blood orange peel. A touch of rose petal adds an elegant floral note and brings everything together.

But what makes this gin truly special began just after Christmas last year.

Our Head Distiller, Cameron, harvested a batch of South West grown Satsuma plums at the perfect point of ripeness, when sweet, tart and bitter flavours were beautifully balanced. The 2026 Christmas gin was aged on the plums for 9 months, allowing the rich fruit character to slowly develop and integrate with the botanicals.

The result is a gin with deep, rich plum flavours balanced by a bright burst of mandarin and blood orange citrus, with a refreshing finish reminiscent of an Italian bitter soda. Cinnamon and cardamom add subtle warmth, while rose and orris provide a soft, elegant finish.

It might be Christmas in name, but this is very much a Christmas in Australia kind of gin, bright, vibrant and made for long summer days.
