Nose: vintage leather, liquorice, roasted stone fruits, oak
Palate: black walnut, brown butter, treacle
Finish: fruit cake spice and dry tannins
TRIPLEWOOD
Nose: Mixed spice, roasted coffee beans, butterscotch, caramelised pineapple
Palate: Pink peppercorns, raisins, green apple
Finish: Long lingering spice and dark honeycomb
BOURBON CASK
Nose: Banana, eucalyptus, leather polish, light caramel
Palate: Green orchard fruits, pinch of black pepper, passionfruit acidity
Finish: A just sweet vanilla custard with long, lingering spice
PINOT BRANDY
Nose: Worn leather, pepper, caramelised fruits
Palate: Green apple, dried vine fruit, salted liquorice
Finish: Medium with soft tannins
