2.5 Year old single malt from a cask which previously held Janz of Tasmania's cuvée of varietals.

Tasting Notes
Colour : Bright Gold
Nose:  Light and floral, malt driven, with hints of chamomile, daffodils and ginger.
Palate : Rich and creamy, with more ginger and crunchy nut cornflakes.
Finish:  Long, with lingering burnt honey, sherry flor and rich tea biscuits.

Comment:  Only 100 bottles were drawn from this this cask, and we have another 3 of them at the same age. It's an astonishingly good whisky for one so young and a sneak peek of what is to come in the future from these special casks.
